Studies show that everyday feelings of hopelessness, anxiety and even drops in energy levels could either be alleviated if not completely resolved if you get to a gym.

Even if you only go and lift one dumbbell and leave, that attempt alone helps.

As a matter of fact it’s become almost the norm for therapists to not even begin to consult unless the person has started some sort of physical training regiment.
